Butter Chicken

Butter Chicken Recipe
(Serves 2-3)

Ingredients:
400g chicken breast, cut into pieces; 40g Butter Chicken spice seasoning; 240ml coconut cream or standard cream; 160ml stock.

Cooking Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add the chicken pieces, cooking until lightly browned. Stir in the Butter Chicken spice seasoning, then pour in the coconut cream and stock. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce thickens. Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
